Blended learning
Blended learning formats combine synchronous (online) events with asynchronous (online) formats. This goal-oriented mix of different learning methods picks up participants at their individual knowledge level and provides them with relevant tools and modules.
FLD uses a combination of synchronous events, self-learning phases and exchange with others in learning tandems or peer groups to ensure the active involvement of participants as well as sustainable knowledge transfer.
An example of such a blended learning format - FLD's "Success Training for Women”
We work with all major video conferencing systems and adapt to the tools used by our clients.
