Our Lunch & Learn sessions are in demand for a variety of target groups and objectives. These typically virtual, short-format sessions held “during the lunch break” provide an effective boost to gender awareness. They can be tailored to specific target groups, such as women in the company or future leaders – alternatively, we also offer content designed to inspire new perspectives and foster discussion among all employees.

Possible topics for our Lunch & Learn sessions:

  • Leadership Styles:
    Women and men do not differ inherently in their leadership behaviours. Nevertheless, there are different leadership preferences that offer specific advantages for organizations depending on the context.

  • New Work – New Leadership:
    New ways of working require new leadership approaches. We highlight the role female leaders play in transforming leadership structures.

  • Unconscious Bias & Prejudice:
    Unconscious cognitive biases influence decisions more than many realize. We make their impact tangible and demonstrate ways to address them constructively.

  • Effective Behavioural Design:
    How can biases be not only identified but also reduced? We provide insights into behavioural design and nudges as effective levers for fairer decisions.

  • Hierarchy-Specific Challenges for Women in Leadership:
    Micropolitics, power games, and informal networks shape leadership. We show which competencies women in leadership need to position themselves confidently in male-dominated contexts.
